What we collect

Your name, email, phone and country; the identity documents you submit for verification; your transaction records; and technical data such as your IP address, device type and sign-in times.

Why we hold it

To run your wallet, to verify who you are as the law requires, to detect fraud, to answer your complaints, and to keep the records we are obliged to keep. We do not sell your data and we do not use your identity documents for anything other than verification.

Where it lives

This wallet service runs on its own database, separate from the main vannibel.com marketplace, with its own credentials. Identity documents are stored outside the public web root and are not executable or browsable.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open, and after closure for the period our legal and anti-money-laundering obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Write to support@vannibel.com.
